1. How and where can we find the best floor plan for our new house?
Harmony team understands the clients need and will have a thorough discussion with the client’s family and their lifestyle and then we do 2 D schematic plan using latest software’s like autocad, 3D Max, Maya Etc.
2. Do we get to select building materials?
We have permanent and reputed suppliers for all our building projects and we also buy the building materials directly from manufacturing plant it is totally depend on the project size. we buy building materials from our trusted suppliers with a meticulous inspection before it is delivered to the project site, we also allow clients to verify the quality of the materials used and as mentioned in agreement and estimation. We are very transparent in our dealing with our respected clients.
3. How often do we need to go to the construction site to check on progress?
We have experts’ Engineers and site supervisors for inspection and execution of your project; hence clients no need to worry about the materials. However clients have all the liberty to visit project site any time during the work and raise question if they have doubts and clarify it.
4. Will there be lots of extra overhead costs?
Once we discuss with the client before we give the schematic plan and 3D drawing we also ask for the budget and we stick to the budget. Sometime the budget may increase if in case if the client’s specification changes from the actual quote given before execution of the project.
5. Do u take care of Vaastu aspects too?
Yes all our projects will be vastu compliance hence no worries, if the client needs any changes to be done it will be done before execution of the project. If client need changes during the construction or after the construction then there will be extra charges for the alterations etc.
6. What about rain water harvest facility?
Harmony team do rain water harvesting for all kinds of projects by default we respect and care environment. Due to water scarcity we should have rain water harvesting plant inside the building which will really help in storing water and increasing ground water level
7. Do you have skilled labors, painters, Electrician, Plumbers and engineers?
We have skilled workers and mason with 15 plus of experience in building construction hence no compromise in finishing and quality of the projects. We also have skilled painter, electrician, plumber and interior decorators hence no worries and no compromise in finishing.
8. Will the project finish within our budget and Time?
Harmony projects team stick to the budget and time we may take one or two months extra for final finishing of the building. Sometimes budget may increase due to increase in materials cost or clients specification may change in last moment.
